Power outage strands construction workers in Dartmouth
A tense moment for a couple of workers at a construction area construction site off Prince Albert in Dartmouth after a power outage left them stranded 10 floors up on an elevator platform. HRFE high angle rescue responded, but NSP was able to restore power to the area.
