Osprey nest fire in Dartmouth

Fire crews were called to a powerpole on fire in Woodside earlier Upon arrival, an osprey nest was discovered on fire on the pole. NSP arrived and cut the power, allowing fire crews to extinguish the fire and also investigate the collapsed nest and surrounding area. Fortunately, no fledglings were found and no injured adults. -
