Fire crews will begin metering the area. It will take some time before the area is closed.

An evacuation is in place by HRFE due to a Natural Gas Leak in the area of Albro Lake Road
Pinecrest Drive, Crystal Drive and across the lake as far as Lancaster Drive in Dartmouth. HRFE is asking everyone to stay away from the area until the leak is secured.

Update - Emergency crews say they may be evacuating as far up as Lancaster Dr and side streets such as Primrose and Albro Lake Rd.

Emergency crews with Eastward Energies is on Jackson Rd in Dartmouth near Pinecrest dealing with a significant gas leak in the area.
Some immediate area evacuations have occurred. No other information at this time
