In photos - Demolition continues at the former Wallace Heights PMQs turned civilian Ocean Breeze as building 2 is slowly stripped down. The area was purchased by a private developer who is set to modernize the area with new construction. One resident who is slated to be evicted by December said residents were offered a chance at the new housing once completed, but said she couldn't afford the new rent, starting at over $2300 a month. . . . . . . . . .     .
