Compliance - The cement barriers have been fully removed from the ends of Dartmouth Cove after both the province and HRM issued removal notices to Atlantic Road Construction and Paving who previously issued a warning to the city that they would close access to the trail if the city did not reverse their infill of Dartmouth Cove, a project approved then revoked by Transport Canada. . . . . . . . . .
