**** Via Halifax Professional Firefighters At 6:37 PM, #hfxfirefighters responded to reports of a structure fire on the 4th floor of a building on Anchor Drive in Halifax Our members from nearby Station 5 (West End Halifax) arrived to find heavy fire on the fourth floor with extension into the roof. A hose line was quickly deployed to knock down the flames and prevent further spread. The call was escalated to a second alarm, bringing additional resources to the scene. The situation is now under control. Video -
