Update: Man wanted on province-wide warrant has been arrested
Joel Morris has been located and safely arrested.
The 39-year-old man of Chegoggin is facing ten charges including Assault (two counts), Dangerous Operation, and Breach of Probation (four counts).
The RCMP would like to thank the public for their support in locating and arresting Morris.

Queens District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Joel Gregory Morris, 39, of Chegoggin, is wanted and facing charges of:
- Assault (two counts)
- Overcome Resistance
- Resist/Obstruct Peace Officer
- Dangerous Operation
- Flight from Police
- Breach of Probation (four counts)
Morris is described as 5-foot-6, 150 pounds. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He may be driving a blue 2010 Toyota Tundra with Nova Scotia licence plate EGJ 109.
Officers have made several attempts to locate Morris, and are requesting assistance from the public.
