Cumberland County District RCMP is investigating a theft of golf carts and chargers from a property in Pugwash that occurred on July 8.
At approximately 1:19 a.m. that morning, five E-Z-Go golf carts, four Elite electric golf cart chargers (superchargers) and three regular chargers were stolen. The investigation indicates two vehicles, a dark-coloured pick-up truck hauling a silver or grey enclosed utility trailer, and a 24’ U-Haul truck, occupied by three people, were involved in the theft.
The golf carts are dark blue and have Northumberland Links logos on both sides near the seats. The vehicle identification numbers are 5856888, 5856900, 5856921, 5856928, and 5856934.
