Update: Nicholas Lees, wanted on province-wide warrant, has been arrested
Nicholas Arthur Lees, who was wanted on a province-wide warrant, has been located and safely arrested.
The 45-year-old man of the Halifax area is facing charges of Failing to Comply with a Release Order (two counts).
The RCMP would like to thank members of the public for their support in locating Lees.

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest following an incident in Eastern Passage.
Nicholas Arthur Lees, 45, from the Halifax Regional Municipality, is wanted and facing charges of Failing to Comply with a Release Order (two counts).
Lees is described as 6-foot, 200 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Lees, and are requesting assistance from the public.
