Police are investigating an assault with​ Life Threatening Injuries
**** HRP Media Release Assault​ (Life Threatening Injuries) Members of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division​ are investigating an assault with​ Life Threatening Injuries. At approximately​ 01:14hrs,​ police​ responded to​ a​ report of a disturbance involving several people in the area of the 1700 Block of Brunswick Street in Halifax. ​ Responding members located an unresponsive male on the sidewalk just east of Brunswick Street on Prince Street. The​ adult​ male was transported to the QE2 Hospital with life threatening injuries.Police have one adult male in custody​ and remain on scene in the area.​ Police are not looking for any additional suspects​ at this time.​ This matter is in the early stages of the investigation and limited details are available at this time.​
