Police investigate Robbery – Halifax
**** HRP Media Release Police investigate Robbery – Halifax At 11:21 p.m., on the 9th of August, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at Jenny’s Place, 6211 Lady Hammond Road, Halifax.​ Staff reported two males wearing masks entered the business demanding money.​ One suspect threated he had a weapon.​ The suspects left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, in an unknown direction of travel.​ No one was injured and no weapons were seen.​ The suspects are described as: ​ Suspect – Native Male, 30-40 years, medium build.​ Wearing: Black mask, black hooded shirt with dark jacket and blue jeans. Suspect – White Male, 30-40 years, thin build.​ Wearing: Red mask, black hooded shirt. ​ Patrol officers, a Police Service Dog and General Investigation Section members responded and are actively searching for the suspects. ​ Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Criminal Investigation Division are asking anyone with information about this incident to call police at 902-490-5020.​ Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or by using the P3 Tips app.
