Update: Road Closures (2:00 p.m.)
Police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat in downtown Halifax. All roads have been reopened. Businesses may reopen as well. A small police presence will remain in the Purdy’s Wharf parkade.

Update: Road Closures
Police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat on Thomas Raddall Drive near the Canada Games Centre. There will continue to be a small police presence in the area as the investigation continues.
The downtown closure remains in effect per the map attached (no updates). Nearby side streets outside of the evacuation zone may be closed as required. Businesses inside the red area should be evacuated. Businesses outside of the area can remain open.
