Police searching for armed and dangerous man
Police are asking residents to stay indoors while a search is underway for an armed and dangerous man who was last seen in Bedford.
Police are tracking a 31-year-old-man who is believed to be involved in a shooting in Annapolis Royal this morning. His vehicle was located in the parking lot behind Sunnyside Mall in Bedford and he is believed to be in the woods in that area.
The man is described as white, 6’3” with brown hair and brown facial hair.
The man is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Police are asking the public to avoid the area and for nearby residents to stay inside and lock their doors. Any sightings of the man should be reported to police immediately by calling 911.
