Update: Jerrad Patriquin, wanted on province-wide arrest warrant, has been arrested
Jerrad Wade Patriquin, wanted on a province-wide warrant, has been arrested.
The 38-year-old man of Westchester, who was arrested in New Brunswick on August 4, is facing charges of:
- Assault by Choking, Suffocating or Strangling (two counts)
- Sexual Assault
- Criminal Harassment
- Failing to Comply with Probation (three counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Resists or Obstructs a Peace Officer
- Assault a Police Officer
- Failure to Comply with Release Order (seven counts)
He appeared in Amherst Provincial Court on August 5. He remains in custody until his next scheduled court appearance on August 12.
The RCMP thanks members of the public, and the New Brunswick RCMP, for their support in locating Patriquin.

Cumberland County District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of Jerrad Wade Patriquin, who’s currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Patriquin, 38, of Westchester, is facing charges of:
- Assault by Choking, Suffocating or Strangling (two counts)
- Sexual Assault
- Criminal Harassment
- Failing to Comply with Probation (three counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Resists or Obstructs a Peace Officer
- Assault a Police Officer
He’s described as 6-foot-1, over 165 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Patriquin and are requesting assistance from the public.
