• Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
• Break and Enter
• Theft Under $5,000 (two counts)
MacKinnon is described as 5-foot-6, 145 pounds. He has brown hair and dark eyes. He was last seen on foot in the area east of Fraser Rd.
