David James Bishop, wanted on a province-wide warrant, has been arrested.
The 44-year-old man of Melvern Square is facing numerous firearms charges as well as Endangering the Life of Any Person (three counts), Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm (two counts), Uses Violence to a Person or That Person’s Property, Mischief That Causes Actual Danger to Life and Failing to Comply with Condition of Undertaking.
The RCMP thanks members of the public for their support in locating Bishop.
Kings District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of David James Bishop, who’s currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Bishop, 44, of Melvern Square, is facing charges of:
- Endanger the Life of Any Person (three counts)
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm (two counts)
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose (two counts)
- Possess Firearm While Prohibited
- Possess Prohibited Weapon
- Using Firearm in Commission of Offence
- Careless Use of a Firearm
- Without Lawful Excuse, Point a Firearm
- Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition (two counts)
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm (two counts)
- Possession of Firearm Knowing Possession is Unauthorized (two counts)
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle (two counts)
- Uses Violence to a Person or that Person’s Property
- Mischief That Causes Actual Danger to Life
- Failing to Comply with Condition of Undertaking
He’s described as 6-foot-1, over 300 pounds, with a shaved head and blue eyes. He has several tattoos. Bishop was last seen driving a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle with raised handlebars.
Police have made several attempts to locate Bishop and are requesting assistance from the public.
