Update: Bailey Ryan Surette, wanted on province-wide warrant, has been arrested
Bailey Ryan Surette, who was wanted on a province-wide warrant, has been located and safely arrested.
The 25-year-old man is facing charges of:
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm (two counts)
- Uttering Threats
- Criminal Harassment by Repeated Communications
- Criminal Harassment
The RCMP thanks members of the public for their support in locating Surette.

Yarmouth Town RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of Bailey Ryan Surette, who’s currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Surette, 25, from Yarmouth, is facing charges of:
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm (two counts)
- Uttering Threats
- Criminal Harassment by Repeated Communications
- Criminal Harassment
Surette is described as 5-foot-9, 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Surette and are requesting assistance from the public.
