Medical assistance being provided. - PUBLIC ADVISORY: A man with a firearm is travelling on Hwy. 236 heading toward Mosherville and Stanley He’s driving a blue Honda Civic. RCMP officers responding. Motorists: Avoid the area. Residents: Seek immediate shelter or stay inside and close and lock doors and windows. Do not leave a secure location. Do not provide a ride to anyone asking for one. Do not pick up hitch hikers. Do not disclose police locations. Call 9-1-1 to report emergencies or tips. Updates will be posted to RCMPNS website and social accounts. Alert issued
