Update: Shaun Cunningham, wanted on province-wide arrest warrant, arrested
Queens District RCMP has safely arrested Shaun Clarence Cunningham, who was wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Cunningham, 46, is facing charges of:
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
- Invitation to Sexual Touching (two counts)
- Fail to Appear in Court
Cunningham is scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on January 28.
The RCMP thanks members of the public for their support in locating Cunningham.

Queens District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of Shaun Clarence Cunningham, who’s wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Cunningham, 46, is known to travel between Shelburne and Queens County. He’s facing charges of:
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
- Invitation to Sexual Touching (two counts)
- Fail to Appear in Court.
Cunningham is described as 5-foot-9, 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Cunningham and are requesting assistance from the public.
