Cst. Sinclair Williams was the first Black officer hired by the former Dartmouth Police Department in 1968.
The room named in his honour will serve as a daily reminder of the important role Cst. Williams played in advancing diversity and inclusion – within Halifax Regional Police and the communities we serve.
