This week is National Animal Shelter and Rescue Appreciation Week
And we want to pawse to say a huge thank you to all of our shelter staff.
They are the people with healing hands. The people who whisper encouraging words to timid pets. The ones who spend quiet moments on the floor in the hopes an animal will lean in. The ones who know the favourite toy and shed happy tears when a pet finds their loving home.
Our shelter staff are nothing short of amazing, and we are so lucky and grateful for each and every one of them.
This week you will meet some of the people behind the scenes. So, please help us give each of them a round of appaws!
