For the USB cable, the cable may apply too much current to the transmitter causing the relay battery to overheat, posing a fire hazard. As of March 10, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 4 reports of incidents and 0 reports of injuries.
