We hate to have to make this post, but it's an important one to remember; Being aggressive or abusive (verbally or otherwise) to our staff will *not* be tolerated. Here at the Eastern Passage Circle K, we work hard every single day to make sure that we're doing everything we can to make your trip to our store as easy and stress-free as possible. Sometimes things can happen out of our control (tills freeze, something won't scan, etc) but I promise you we are doing everything we can to keep things moving smoothly. For example if something doesn't scan properly we may need to price override it, or if an amazon return won't scan we may need to refer you back to Amazon. With Amazon returns, sometimes it's as simple as waiting a few minutes and trying again (connection issues) and in that case we may ask you to step aside so we can serve others in the line while we wait to try it again. Name calling, using slurs, making threats or other abusive language will result in you being refused service and asked to leave. Please, folks, remember that we are all part of this community and we make it a point to support and serve you the best we can. Let's all treat eachother with the respect and kindness that I know Eastern Passage is capable of. Thank you!"
