Violence against fire fighters and paramedics is rising — and it’s unacceptable.
Next month, three members of our Executive Board will be in Ottawa alongside IAFF leaders from across Canada, calling on Parliament to take action. We’re standing together to push for stronger protections under the Criminal Code for those who serve on the frontlines.
Because when our members respond to a call, they deserve to come home safe.
