The Halifax Regional Municipality is proposing the downtown Dartmouth Heritage Conservation District to preserve the unique past while supporting future growth.
They are hosting a public information session to talk to the community next Thursday, October 2 at the @alderneylanding Farmers Market from 4pm to 7pm.
They also have a survey online for feedback that will be open until October 20.
