In photos - We caught a bit of the start of the Halifax Lancer's Halloween costume contest, and what a blast!
The event, which started at 1pm and going til about 5pm (still time to get down!) is so much fun!
With a series of horse and riders sporting their best Halloween costumes, the crowd was thrilled by the starting show.
Various races and competitions take place between the costume displays, putting a entertaining show on during this first Sunday in November
