This fella came into our care after being sighted wandering outside for some time. Because of that his history is a bit of a mystery to us. He is very friendly once he feels safe and comfortable with a place and person. That will take some time but much like us, he loves to snack and treats are a great start to win his hear! Benedict needs some peace and quiet and a good fenced in yard to thrive and come out of his shell. This shy boy is seeking a quiet and patient home that will allow him to open up on his own terms. If you've ever had the privilege of a nervous pup like Benedict lean on you for support, you know just how rewarding it is to become their life long companion! We know you must be excited to show your interest in this animal but, we are not able to accept online applications for animals located at our Dartmouth shelter without that initial meeting.
