IKEA LETTAN Mirror recalled due to injury hazard
Issue
IKEA has identified that some of the plastic fittings, attaching the mirror to the wall, appear to be breaking, which could lead to the mirrors falling, posing an injury hazard.
As of January 10, 2023, the company has received no incidents or reports of injury in Canada. Globally, the company has received 55 incidents of mirrors falling due to what appear to be breaking wall fittings. Minor property damage and one minor injury have been reported.

This recall involves IKEA LETTAN Mirrors in sizes 60x96 cm; 80x96 cm and 100x96 cm with date stamps between and including 1901 – 2105.
