13 members. 2 days. One team ready to work.
This past weekend, our members on the Halifax Fire Fit team headed to Pictou, NS for the Regional competition and they showed up. Saturday brought the individual runs, and Sunday turned up the heat with Tech 2 and the relays.
All the early mornings and hard training sessions paid off, and it showed in how #hfxfirefighters competed. We’re extremely proud of their accomplishments.
