**** HRM Release Halifax Pride Festival takes place from July 19 to 26, 2026 Join the Halifax Pride Committee on July 16 at Grand Parade for the raising of the Pride flag from 5–5:30 p.m. to mark the beginning of the festival and honour the resilience, joy and strength of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Don’t miss the Halifax Pride Parade on Saturday, July 18 at noon. Watch for the municipal float, the Ride with Pride Access-A-Bus and the Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Pride truck.
