In photos - Energy and emotions ran high as the 20th Camp Courage drew to a close!
With family and friends, campers put on a great showcase of their new skills, learned over the course.
A simulation saw fire, police and paramedics problem solve a serious accident.
As fire crews dealt with fire and hazardous materials, EHS took to multiple victims while police contained the crowd and determined the cause of the accident, resulting in an arrest.
The crowd was then treated to a high energy dance skit before the graduation ceremony.
Inside, past campers, now in active service, spoke about their journey.
Four fairly recent graduates broke the news of their advancement within medical, coast guard and firefighting services, preparing to head to courses and schooling to advance their dreams.
Mentors and volunteers cheered and laughed as graduates recapped their experience before the crowd as emotions caught up, realizing the end of the camp but the beginning of a new journey.
Congratulations to 25 new Camp Courage graduates, and we can't wait to see what may come of your journey!
