Earlier today, a special event was held in Halifax at City Hall as 4 HRP Police Service Dogs received badges, welcoming them officially
Although several of the K9s have been active for a short period of time already, this ceremony holds a special place for the handlers and HRP as a whole.
These service dogs provide a variety of tasks, from general service to explosive detection, they serve with dedicated handlers. Tracking criminals and aiding in search and rescues, these well-trained K9s serve with dedication and distinction.
