Traffic Delay – Treaty Day Parade in Downtown Halifax
Location: Beginning on Barrington Street and ending on Hollis Street at Peace and Friendship Park
Date: Thursday, Oct. 1
Time: 1:15 to 1:45 p.m.
Details: This is to facilitate the Treaty Day Parade.
Traffic impact: Traffic delays are expected as the parade travels on Hollis Street. Drivers should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
Sidewalk impact: This parade will take place on sidewalks along Barrington and Bishop streets. Sidewalks will remain open for general use during the parade.
