Traffic Advisory via HRP Update - Highway 102 has reopened in the outbound lanes. - Halifax Regional Police are on scene of a non-injury multi-vehicle collision on Highway 102. The highway is shut down in the outbound lanes towards Sackville between Bayers Lake exit to the Dunbrack St exit. Motorists should expect significant delays and seek alternative routes.
