Thanksgiving weekend is almost here
Planning to deep-fry your turkey this weekend? A few simple precautions can make the difference between a great meal and a dangerous fire.
Always use your fryer outdoors, well away from buildings and anything combustible. Make sure your turkey is completely thawed and dry, use the proper amount of oil, and keep a Class B fire extinguisher nearby.
