**** RCMP Release
On September 30, RCMP Southeast Traffic Services – Metro and RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment Traffic conducted enforcement on Hwy. 7 at Lorne Dr. in #Westphal, targeting aggressive driving.
More than 130 summary offence tickets were issued, including more than 100 for speeding. Other ticketed offences included failing to produce a liability insurance card, operating an unregistered vehicle, and failing to obey a traffic sign. Officers also removed a driver whose licence was revoked from the road and seized the vehicle they were operating for 90 days.
