On the water and ready for some warm up laps, participants are getting ready to once again blast off for some high paced action in Halifax!
The sleek boats will run the course today, preparing for a weekend of fast action before a packed Halifax waterfront as SailGP returns!

Halifax Regional Municipality is hosting SailGP 2026 from June 19 to 21. The event involves a two-day sailing competition (June 20 & 21) with one practice day (June 19).
To accommodate SailGP 2026, ferry service will pause daily from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. starting Friday, June 19, until Sunday, June 21. Shuttle bus service will replace ferry service during this time.
