Whether you’re on an ATV, side-by-side, or other OHV: • Wear a helmet; helmets are required by law for all OHVs. • Ride sober; riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is illegal. • Only ride with the number of passengers your OHV allows. • Ride in single file, keep a safe distance, and stick to designated trails. • Supervise youth riders and travel in a group. • All OHV riders must obtain a safety training certificate (some exceptions apply).
