(Update) Halifax regional Police are on scene of a multi-vehicle motor vehicle collision

**** HRP Release Update Police Investigate Vehicle Collision - Dartmouth At 4:02 p.m., Halifax Regional Police. HRM Fire & Emergency and Emergency Health Services responded to a three-vehicle collision at Portland Street between Spring Ave and Eisner Blvd, Dartmouth. All three drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators with Patrol and Accident Investigations are conducting the investigation, which is in the early stages. Traffic Blocked: Traffic was blocked on Portland Street between Spring Ave and Eisner Blvd, Dartmouth. Update: Traffic is reopened on Portland Street. Police have charged a 29-year-old male with Dangerous operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm, sec. 320.13(2) Criminal Code, and will appear in court on a later date.
