Feeling a sense of déjà vu? So were we.
On October 28, RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment Traffic Unit and RCMP Southeast Traffic Services – Metro returned to Hwy. 7 at Lorne Dr. in #Westphal to conduct a traffic enforcement initiative.
Officers issued 81 summary offence tickets, including nearly 60 for speeding. Other violations included driving while suspended or revoked, failing to wear a seatbelt, and using a handheld cellular device while driving.
Our officers continue to combat aggressive driving and unsafe behaviours on our roadways. Slow down, stay focused, and help keep Nova Scotia roads safe for everyone.
