Speed Enforcement Notification – Hwy. 102
On Oct. 29, RCMP Southeast Traffic Services Metro Unit conducted a 3.5-hour targeted speed enforcement initiative on Hwy. 102 between Fall River and the Halifax airport. The results were eye-opening:
• ⚠️ 21 speeding tickets issued — top speed clocked at 153 km/h
• 🔧 3 tickets for expired motor vehicle inspections
• 🚫 1 suspended driver caught
• 📋 Several additional warnings issued under the Motor Vehicle Act
