Details: This is in support of the Halifax Pride Parade.

There may be additional adjacent street and parking closures required. Traffic delays are expected as the parade travels through the parade route. Drivers should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Halifax Pride Festival takes place from July 17 to 27, 2025. This year’s theme is Flourish @ Pride. Join the Halifax Pride flag raising on July 17 at Grand Parade from 5–5:30 p.m. to mark the beginning of the festival and honour the resilience, joy and strength of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Don’t miss the Halifax Pride Parade on Saturday, July 19 at noon. Watch for the municipal float, the Ride with Pride Access-A-Bus and the Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Pride truck.
