Fatal crash in Digby County
Digby RCMP are investigating a fatal single vehicle crash on Middle Cross Rd. in Marshalltown.
Today, just after midnight., police received a report of a vehicle in the ditch and no occupants in the vehicle. Police attended and located the driver a short distance from the car, the driver had been ejected. The victim, a 21-year-old man from Digby County, was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no other vehicles or persons involved.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene where the road remained closed for several hours and has since reopened. The investigation is ongoing.
