Startled pets tend to look for places to hide. If your pets manage to get outside, it could be very easy to lose them. ✅ Ensure your pets' ID tag and/or microchip are up to date with the correct information. ✅ Create a calm room, curtains closed with soft music or television playing, with comforting items and vet approved chews. ✅ Walk your dog during the day instead of at night, when there's less of a chance of fireworks. This will help release some energy and reduce stress. ✅ Double-check that gates, fences and doors are secure.
