Remarks: Precipitation will begin as snow or ice pellets over southwestern Nova Scotia on Friday morning, reaching Cape Breton Island by Friday afternoon. Snow and ice pellets will transition through freezing rain to rain through the day. Freezing rain warnings may be issued as confidence increases.
